It was our second visit as a group of friends get together and ideal for a wonderful relaxing weekend. The owner is lovely and extremely helpful with any request we had . Definitely recommend and hope to return next year
Immaculate properties in a perfect location managed by amazing hosts! We do these sort of holidays every year and Hollydale has easily been the most impressive. There was nothing we could have wanted or needed whilst there as the hosts had thought of everything. There is also a no expense spared feel to the property’s with high quality fixtures and fittings throughout even following out into the garden with the bbq and the furniture. The location is superb too and we honestly didn’t think the photos did the views justice ( which made for a nice surprise on our arrival ). If you’re looking at staying at Hollydale barns don’t hesitate you will not be disappointed. These properties are a credit to Jo & Giles who clearly give 100% to their business in both maintaining the barns and also as hosts to ensure you have the best holiday possible. Thanks for an amazing stay and we look forward to seeing you next year.

This spacious accommodation has been designed perfectly for a special gathering with family and friends, as well as an opportunity to explore the surrounding countryside setting.
Be impressed by the wonderful blend of character and contemporary, with the original features complementing the sleek and stylish furnishings.
Rustle up delicious meals within the elegant kitchen before toasting to a wonderful break at the dining table.
From here, move through the property and sink into the sofa within the sitting room which rests in front of a warming woodburning stove and board games.
Make your way upstairs where you will find three sumptuous bedrooms which all have en suites, and are all kitted out with everything you need for that authentic home from home experience including smart TV’s, fluffy bathrobes, hair straighteners and hair dryers in every room, on this floor you can also enter through the gnome door into the gaming den which has a PS4 and gaming chairs, on the top floor you will find the master suite, luxury at its finest featuring a king size bed, smart TV and a show stopping en suite.
Continuing to impress is the outdoor area, where you can choose to dip into the hot tub, relax in the sauna or host evening meals cooked on the BBQ next the heated luxury thatched garden hut, perfect for relaxing, dining and playing games.
Alternatively, while away a few hours within the external games room, complete with a pool table, table tennis, karaoke machine and classic arcade console featuring 60 of those retro favourites we all know and love.
An impressive retreat for your next family adventure.

About the Location
The hillside market town of Leek, known as “The Queen of the Moorlands” is situated on the western side of The Peaks and is surrounded by lovely Moorland countryside. The town has a charming cobbled market place and there are many examples of fine Victorian architecture influenced by William Morris – a reminder of the town’s prosperity when it was renowned as a silk manufacturing centre. Today Leek offers a wide selection of shops including vast antique emporiums, a good selection of restaurants, a local park and leisure facilities and real ale pubs. Situated close to Three Shires Head, the meeting point of the counties of Cheshire, Derbyshire and Staffordshire, Leek is near to Chatsworth House, Buxton Opera House and Gawsworth Hall, plus Alton Towers is within driving distance.
